2023 Driver Information

Pit Passes:

EACH DRIVER WILL RECEIVE FREE ADMISSION TO ALL SESSIONS. YOU MUST CHECK INTO REGISTRATION EACH DAY TO RECEIVE YOUR UNIQUE DRIVER BAND. EACH DRIVER WILL ALSO RECEIVE ONE ADDITIONAL FREE BAND FOR THE SESSION THEY PULL IN FOR A CREW MEMBER.

EACH DRIVER MAY ALSO ONLY PURCHASE ONE ADDITIONAL PIT PASS FOR A SECOND CREW MEMBER FOR THE SESSION THEY PULL IN FOR $35. NO OTHER PIT PASSES WILL BE SOLD.

WE HOPE THAT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY & PROTECTION. PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL HOT PASSES & PLEASE DO NOT VIOLATE THE RULES OF THESE PASSES. WE ALL WANT TO HAVE A FUN & SAFE EVENT SO PLEASE HELP US BY ADHERING TO THIS. ALL OTHER FAMILY/FRIENDS MUST ENTER THE BUILDING THROUGH THE MAIN FRONT ENTRANCE WHERE THEY CAN PURCHASE A TICKET FOR STANDARD ADMISSION BUT WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE FLOOR. 

SHOULD YOU WIN AND WANT YOUR FAMILY FOR A QUICK PICTURE ON THE FLOOR, THEY WILL BE ALLOWED TO COME DOWN AND DO THAT.

All pit pass must be purchased by 6pm daily as the office will close at 6pm.

Support Vehicles:

Due to insurance and Fire Marshall regulations, we will have to highly restrict support vehicles from being in the arena once the show begins. Please make plans to transport any items you will need inside the arena without use of your support vehicles. If you have questions or concerns about doing so, please contact Eddie at (502) 680 - 1000.

Scales and Registration:

The scales and building will open at 12 pm est each day and at 8 am on Saturday morning.  

You will need to be at the arena weighed and tech'd in BEFORE 5 PM est on the day you pull (and by 10am for Saturday afternoon session) or YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PULL - NO EXCEPTIONS.  

You will be putting your vehicle in the staging area where electric is available. Before your vehicle enters the building it must be approved by an official.

There will be a driver's meeting each night at 5:30 pm est near registration (10am for Saturday afternoon session), you MUST be present.  We will take roll call and if you are not in attendance, you will not be allowed to pull.

Also, NEW THIS YEAR:

The registration office will close at 6pm each evening.  You will not be able to sign in, pick up your jackets, or purchase any arm bands after 6pm so please plan accordingly.  Also, all checks will be mailed out on the Monday following the event this year.  Be sure that the address you submitted on your application is where you want your check mailed.

Event Lineup:

At 6:15 pm est nightly we will have a startup/warm-up session. Any vehicle starting after this session must first be approved by an official.

6:30 pm - Driver intros trackside - please have on your 2023 Ky Invitational Jacket and firepants on!  You will introduce yourself, your hometown, and your pulling vehicle.

Other Reminders:

You will be given any sponsorship advertisement(s) at the time you register these must be displayed on the outside of your vehicle prior to start time for the event. 

Once you have completed your session of pulling, please take your vehicle directly back to your hauler unless you advance to the next round.   We have to keep barns and areas open for staging for the next session so it is important to remove your vehicle asap. 

Finally, plan to have a FANTASTIC weekend of pulling with us!!
